“Best on My Own” is officially out on all streaming platforms—Spotify, Apple Music, wherever you listen. That marked the first real step of this next chapter for Midlife Trip.

Now we’ve followed it up with “The Mend”—a song that cuts a little deeper. Built on time, tension, and the kind of connection you don’t always have words for, it’s one of the most honest things we’ve put out.
